Refund Policy & Disclaimers
Once the order has been shipped, in transit or confirmed as delivered, the buyer may not request a refund from the seller. As the product is out of the manufacturer's possession. All packages are now insured with Route, and any shipping issues may be handled through there, unless there is a special case in which the buyer can contact customer service for assistance or clarification.
The package threshold time to report any issues, is 7-12 business days after the product has been shipped, in transit or confirmed as delivered. If the package is still in transit, especially for international shipments, a request for refund may be denied as customs and other processes have a longer shipping time as disclaimed.
If granted, refund processing takes about 3-5 business days.
